Who are the Instructors?
Ensemble faculty of legal practioners with extensive knowledge of value-based fee structures and management practices, experienced in law department and law firm management as well as consulting. In addition to preparing curricular materials and teaching, faculty members serve as facilitators as you work through business cases in small groups to apply your new management tools.
