Two days of workshop-style learning on value-based fee structures and the management skills and tools to support them, valuable take-home resources, and opportunities to network with other attendees


Senior corporate and law firm counsel, as well as heads of operations and practice management, who have begun to implement value-based fee structures and want to build skills to more effectively drive value in client/firm relationships


  • To assess types of matters, tasks and situations that lend themselves to particular fee structures
  • To value the work in order to set fees without using an hourly basis
  • To assess and share the risk and rewards with outside counsel, to ensure that objectives are aligned and met
  • To break down matter processes into elements, identify elements for improvement, and assign responsibility for each element
  • To use project management techniques to establish key milestones that ensure work and budget are on track and objectives will be met
  • To leverage technology, data and knowledge to support value-based relationships
  • To anticipate and overcome impediments to change
