This research report compiles legal holds and litigation workflow data from Global 1000 companies and is the first of its kind to look closely at legal holds processes in corporations of this size since the December 2006 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The report highlights the changes in processes and technology within these companies and the methodologies by which they issue and manage legal holds.
