BYOCM -- Bring Your Own Coffee Mug

Most organizations provide their employees with free coffee.  Most organizations also provide free, disposable coffee cups, which usually are not recyclable, or are not recycled.  These cups generate large amounts of waste every day.  Instead of providing disposable cups, encourage your employees to bring their own mugs, and to reuse those mugs for their daily coffee.  Your organization might also consider eliminating disposable cups altogether and encouraging employees to bring their unused coffee mugs from home to stock office kitchens.  

If you buy your coffee on the way to work every morning, continue the green trend there, and bring your own refillable mug.  Not only will you be helping the environment, but many coffee houses will give you a discount for doing so.
