Who should attend this program?
Chief Legal Officers, managers of a practice area, or others who have significant responsibilities managing other attorneys, regardless of title. The leadership challenges of both small and large law departments will be addressed.
You must be an attorney who manages other attorneys to attend.

Faculty
The course will be taught by Stephen R. Chitwood, Director of George Washington University’s Center for Law Practice Strategy and Management, which is the only academic center devoted exclusively to the study of management issues facing both public and private law offices. For over twenty years Professor Chitwood, who is also an attorney, has provided executive management, leadership seminars, and retreats for both public and private law offices. Professor Chitwood has also served as a consultant for ACC’s Board of Directors and faculty for George Washington’s Certificate Program for Law Firm Management.
Costs
In-class time for this course has been extended by half a day by popular demand. The registration fee of $1600 members ($1860 nonmember includes 1 year ACC membership) covers the intensive course work, written materials, breakfasts, lunches, and one networking reception.
