There are significant differences between European jurisdictions in the way employment law has been implemented and in custom and practice. These inconsistencies pose challenges and risk for an HR professional who has been tasked with implementing a cross-border restructuring. Unlike other presentations, which tend to look at the employment laws in individual European states, this course looks across borders.
