The Litigation Masters Series is a series of four webcasts designed to elevate the in-house counsel's litigation skills to a higher level.

Establishing Procedures for internal investigations and litigation holds

Duration: 1 Hour

The need for an internal investigation often arises at a time of crises or stress at a company. This panel will discuss how to be prepared to conduct an internal investigation and will look at issues relating to employees as witnesses, efficient collection of information, realistic litigation assessment and reporting to regulators and the government. Also, while new technologies assist greatly in sending out a litigation hold, in-house counsel remains responsible for making the call to issue and direct the hold. This panel will provide practical guidance for establishing effective litigation hold procedures.
