This program will highlight the campaign finance, lobbying, and ethics rules that in-house counsel must address when a company wants to influence the selection of government officials, lobby those officials, or provide anything of value to them. The federal and state laws have many similarities, but also vary significantly. The program will be designed to give the relevant framework so that in-house counsel can learn to spot issues and find answers efficiently.
