As more and more businesses expand into China and as the Chinese legal and business environment continue to mature, in-house counsel need to learn how to draft effective contracts with Chinese parties. Using a hypothetical joint venture model as a framework, the speakers will highlight common problem areas with joint venture, IP licensing, procurement and supply and real property agreements and offer suggestions for avoiding pit-falls and increasing the chances of enforcement.
