Alaska

Attorneys seeking credit in Alaska can take advantage of the reciprocity policy by following these steps:

  1. Register as a CLE attendee for the webcast you’ve selected and pay the fee.
  2. Input the two verification codes given out during the webcast on the bottom of the evaluation at the end of the webcast. You can find the evaluation under the “Links Tab” on the webcast page if the evaluation doesn’t automatically appear on your screen.
  3. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance electronically after completing the evaluation.
  4. The Alaska Bar Association states that "members may claim credit" for any programs accredited in other states. ACC is an approved sponsor in several states, such as California and Pennsylvania. It is recommended that you keep the certificate of attendance in case you are audited.

Those seeking credit in Connecticut can use reciprocity with ACC's accredited status in Pennsylvania. Please follow these steps:

Experienced attorneys (attorneys admitted more than 2 years) seeking credit in New York can take advantage of the reciprocity policy by following these steps:

  4. Retain the certificate of attendance for four (4) years. Do not submit it to the New York State CLE Board.
  5. Pursuant to New York's Approved Jurisdiction Policy, you may apply credit earned for the webcast(s) to satisfy your New York requirement. You can find more information about New York's Approved Jurisdiction policy online. NOTE: Those that fall under the "Newly Admitted Attorneys" category in New York are not eligible to receive credit by viewing ACC Webcasts.

Puerto Rico (English)

Those seeking credit in Puerto Rico must self-file. Please follow these steps:

  3. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance electronically after completing the evaluation.
  4. Complete this form and then submit to the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. You will need to include the webcast page, any materials, and some information about ACC. Please contact the Supreme Court if you have any questions about the application.
  5. NOTES: Application must be submitted within 6 months of the course date. The application must be accompanied with a payment of $1.75 for ACC members, or $3.75 for non ACC members.

Puerto Rico (ESpaÑol)

Las personas que deseen obetener el reconocimiento de créditos en Puerto Rico deben diligenciar y presentar una “Solicitud Para La Aprobación o Acreditación De Un Curso”, para lo cual deben:

  1. Registrarse como asistente Educacion Juridica Continua del webcast que ha seleccionado y hacer el pago del valor de los cargos correspondientes. Es necesario que conserve en su disco duro  la página web en la que se encuentra el webcast, así como cualquier archivo u otro recurso relacionado con el mismo.
  2. Ingresar los dos códigos de verificación recibidos durante el webcast en la parte inferior de la evaluación al finalizar dicho webcast. En caso de que la evaluación no aparezca de forma automática en su pantalla, debe acceder a la evaluación haciendo click en “Links Tab” en la página web en la que se encuentra el webcast.
  3. Guardar el Certificado de Asistencia que aparecerá en la pantalla una vez envíe la mencionada evaluación.
  4. Diligenciar la Solicitud Para La Aprobación o Acreditación De Un Curso y enviarla a la Corte Suprema de Puerto Rico. En la aplicación se debe incluir la página web en la que se encuentra el webcast, cualquier archivo u otro recurso relacionado con el mismo, así como también alguna información relacionada con ACC.
  5. Nota: La aplicación debe ser presentada ante la Corte Suprema de Puerto Rico dentro de los 6 meses siguientes a la fecha del curso.  La aplicación tiene un cargo de $1.75 para miembros de ACC y de $3.75 para no miembros.
