Project Management for the In-house Law Department

Project management skills are vitally important to in-house practitioners. Use project management techniques to organize, plan, and monitor work; control costs; improve client service; and optimize results. Learn everything you need to know about effectively managing a project from start to finish. Topics include: project management process, business context, and deliverables; scoping and launching the project; executing and controlling the project; the dynamics of a high-performance project team; and applying project management in the real world.

Risk Management & In-house Counsel

Preventing and managing legal risks are essential for corporate survival. This program will discuss fundamental risk management building blocks and best industry practices.
