We look forward to seeing you in San Francisco! In conjunction with the 2016 Annual Meeting, ACC has secured room blocks at a number of hotels near the Moscone West.

Please remember, you MUST be a confirmed attendee of the 2016 Annual Meeting in order to make your reservation at one of the host hotels and receive the ACC negotiated rate.

Please note that you are not considered a confirmed attendee until you have received
a registration confirmation email from ACC.

Already registered and need to make a hotel reservation?

Use the "Hotel Information/Make My Reservation" link at the top of your registration statement to make a reservation at one of the host hotels. From the list of ACC host hotels, you can contact the hotel of your choice directly to make your reservation. However, you MUST have your unique hotel access code provided on your registration statement in order to book a room. Need your registration statement resent?

Need to change or cancel an existing hotel reservation?

You may make changes to and/or cancel an existing reservation at any of the Annual Meeting host hotels by contacting the hotel directly using the hotel reservations phone number or via the hotel links provided on your registration statement. Simply click the "Hotel Information/Make My Reservation" link on your registration statement to find this contact information. Note: All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made with the appropriate hotel; ACC will not be able to assist you with your room reservation. Need your registration statement resent?

Important Notes Regarding Substitutions and Cancellations:

  • Substitute attendees can take over the hotel reservation of the previous attendee, however, you or the substitute attendee must contact the hotel directly to make this change.
  • Reservations are subject to the individual hotel policies, including the cancellation policy. If you cancel your ACC Annual Meeting registration, your hotel reservation will NOT automatically be cancelled. You will be required to cancel your hotel reservation directly with the individual hotel.
  • Attendees who do not cancel their hotel reservation by the hotel's cancellation deadline will be considered "no shows" and will be charged for their room reservation as stated in the cancellation policy included with your hotel reservation confirmation.

Use BART Rail System to Navigate Around San Francisco

Take BART from SFO to the ACC Annual Meeting.

We recommend taking BART from either SFO or OAK airports. It’s the fast, easy, low cost way to get a roundtrip (RT) ride from SFO to your ACC Annual Meeting hotel. If you’re arriving at SFO visit this ACC travel page and get a RT transfer voucher for only $20. Print your voucher before you leave, then follow these steps to redeem your voucher for a BART ticket:

  1. After you land at SFO, follow signs to BART in SFO International Terminal G
  2. Go to the SFO Information Booth located at the bottom of the AirTrain escalator. This is just a few steps away from the BART station entrance.
  3. Your voucher can be redeemed from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm daily.
It’s super easy and you go right to the train for the 30-minute ride downtown. Remember, you have to redeem the voucher for a ticket before you go to the train station.

Take BART from OAK to ACC.
Go to the new BART station across from Terminal 1 and board the train to the Coliseum station. When you arrive there, get a round trip $20.40 ticket to get out of the fare gate to the main train platform. Then go down to the right side of the platform and take any San Francisco bound train to the station closest to your hotel. The total trip downtown takes 40 minutes. The ticket has enough value for your ride back to OAK.
