You must be a confirmed attendee of the Annual Meeting in order to make your hotel reservation at the Orlando World Center Marriott and receive the ACC special discounted rate. Please note that your attendance is not confirmed until you have received a registration confirmation email from ACC.

Please Note: Reservations are subject to the Orlando World Center Marriott’s policies, including the cancellation policy. If you cancel your ACC Annual Meeting registration, your hotel reservation will automatically be cancelled, however, cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your Annual Meeting registration.
 
Need to change or cancel an existing hotel reservation? You may make changes to existing reservations through the "Make/Manage Hotel Reservation" link in your registration statement, then via the "Change Reservation" and "Modify" options. (Note: If you have an existing reservation and wish to add a second room, you must contact the hotel directly at 888-789-3090.) To cancel your reservation, select the "Cancel Reservation" option. 

Important Notes Regarding Cancellations:

• If you cancel your registration with ACC’s Annual Meeting, your hotel room reservation WILL automatically be cancelled. However, cancelling your hotel room reservation will NOT automatically cancel your Annual Meeting registration.
  
  
• Substitute attendees cannot assume the hotel reservation of the previous attendee. If you were registered for the ACC Annual Meeting but are now sending a substitute, your hotel room will be cancelled and the substitute will need to make his/her own hotel reservation through their registration statement.
  
  
• Attendees who do not cancel their hotel reservation (either directly or by cancelling their Annual Meeting registration) by the hotel’s cancellation deadline will be considered "no shows" and will be charged for their room reservation.
