•    The ACC Chair’s Choice:  “Corporate Counsel Under Scrutiny: Liability for Corporate Misconduct”: ACC Board Chair and former Executive Vice President & General Counsel of HCP, Inc., J. Alberto Gonzalez-Pita will moderate a forum on proactive strategies for the in-house community to consider. 

Participants include:  Anastasia Kelly, partner at DLA Piper and former General Counsel at AIG, Inc. and MCI/WorldCom; KPMG LLP’s Vice Chair, Legal and Compliance Sven Erik Holmes; Williams and Connelly LLP partner John K. •    “When Crisis Strikes: What Should the Chief Legal Officer Do?”: DLA Piper partner and former General Counsel at AIG, Inc. and MCI/WorldCom, Anastasia Kelly, and Pfizer’s Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Chief Litigation Counsel Bradley Lerman will moderate a panel consisting of CLOs and GCs who have navigated through the economic meltdown of 2008, will look back on actions taken then that can be applied to today.
