Need to change or cancel an existing hotel reservation? Confirmed attendees who need to change or cancel an existing reservation, may do so by clicking on the "Update an Existing Reservation" link on your registration statement. If you need your registration confirmation and statement resent, please visit the Attendee Information page. Please keep in mind that hotel reservations are subject to the hotel's individual cancellation policy. NOTE: If you cancel your hotel reservation, your Annual Meeting registration will not automatically be cancelled.
Newly registered and still need to make a hotel reservation? If you have not yet made a hotel reservation, you must call the hotel directly to reserve a room. A limited number of rooms may still be available at the Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt and Marriott City Center. However, the ACC group room rate may no longer be available. ACC has also recently secured a limited number of rooms at the Hotel Monaco and Embassy Suites (more information below).
