2010 Annual Meeting Registration Information

Rates

Annual Meeting registration rates include courses, written materials, and scheduled meals/receptions. They do not include housing, travel, or personal expenses.

Group Rates

Any company registering three or more attendees will receive a group discount of $50 off each person's registration and any company registering eight or more will receive a group discount of $100 each person’s registration. Registrations must be submitted online at the same time to receive the discount (please use the “Add Another Attendee” button at the end of online registration) or each person should complete his/her own hard copy form and then send all forms to ACC together noting the group discount.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Payment for a minimum of three registrations must be received at one time in order to qualify for the group rate. No retroactive group rates will be given. If you have already sent in a group registration from your organization and have additional registrants, complete the hard copy registration form and note that the group rate should be applied.

Confirmation

Written confirmation of your registration will be emailed immediately after payment has been processed. Do not consider your registration complete until you have received such confirmation by email.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be received in writing via education@acc.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Nonmember (in-house counsel) registration cancellations for ACC's 2010 Annual Meeting will not receive a refund/credit for the membership fee ($260) included in the registration.

No refunds; 50% credit (of monies paid for 2010 meeting) towards 2011 Annual Meeting.

Oct 26, 2010 and beyond

No refunds, no credits.


Substitutions

Substitutes (must be from the same organization and eligible to attend) are always welcome; please email or fax your request along with a completed registration form for the individual substituting to education@acc.com or +1 202.293.2003.

Scholarships

ACC offers a limited number of full and half-price scholarships to attend the Annual Meeting. All scholarship applications were due June 30, 2010. Recipients will be notified by mid-July. You must be an ACC member to receive a scholarship.

Spouse/Guest Registration Policy

A guest is defined as a spouse or significant other, friend, or relative who is not a member of ACC, and is not qualified to become a member or in an industry-related occupation. A coworker or associate within the industry does not qualify for a guest badge. Meeting registrants who wish to bring a guest must provide their guest’s name where indicated on their meeting registration. Guests must check-in at the registration desk onsite and will be issued a guest badge, which will allow access to the meeting’s evening receptions ONLY. Guests may not attend any educational programs, other meal functions, or enter the exhibit hall at any time other than the evening reception.

Special Requirements/Food Restrictions

Participants with special needs or food restrictions should make note of it on their registration form or contact ACC's Education & Meetings Department at education@acc.com. Requests for special requirements should be sent as soon as you register, but no later than two weeks prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
