Registration

All Annual Meeting attendees must check-in onsite at the registration desk in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. We highly encourage attendees to check in on Sunday evening as the line for checking in on Monday morning can be quite long.

Program Changes

We work very hard to assemble top-notch, cohesive, educational programs, however, despite our best efforts, the faculty and program scheduling process can be fairly fluid. Unanticipated or last minute changes to the program are common. Speakers may cancel without sufficient notice to allow us to engage a substitute.
