Cybersquatting Cease and Desist Letter

A sample cybersquatting cease and desist letter.  User registered and is continuing to use domain names in bad faith that are confusingly similar to company's federally registered service mark.  Company demands that user immediately ceases and desists all use of the company's service marks, agrees in writing that it will not engage in further use of company's service marks, will immediately transfer the domain names to company, and will cease and desist all use of company's copyrighted materials.
