The mission and purpose of the Environmental, Health & Safety Committee shall be to enhance the ability of ACC members to practice environmental law and to provide support for the development of environmental programs within their client companies. The Committee shall act as a network for its members to further their knowledge and expertise in environmental law, to expand access to resources, and to enhance skills to best advise and represent their clients on environmental matters.
