Overview

This program will:

  • Provide a review of the structure and current court treatment of antitrust matters, including without limitation issues related to price fixing, market division, group boycotts, and vertical restraints. 
     
  • Provide summary information concerning related unfair competition issues, including without limitation intellectual property protections, commercial disparagement, false advertsing, and tortious interference. 
     
  • Identify strategies for informing employees and management as to methods to avoid potential accusations and to identify possibly unlawful conduct in the marketplace.
