Overview

While there may be no question in your mind that the legal industry needs to - and is in the midst of - change, you may be a bit stymied by how to implement changes in your own organization. Our panelists are in-house counsel and services providers that have implemented successful alternate models, and lived to tell us about it.  We will have a no-holds-barred honest discussion about how they got to the alternate model, how it is working, and changes either side thinks need to be made going forward. This discussion will give you a starting point (and we will provide some good handout materials on other possibilities and resources). Lunch, with food for thought!
