In support of ACC's Value Challenge initiative, which aims to help realign the relationship between in-house and outside counsel, leaders from the WMACCA and Womble Carlyle recently hosted a roundtable discussion. The goal: To convert the clearly defined challenges of the relationship into action items for success.

The three critical areas the groups addressed include: Business Model Misalignment, Personal Misalignment and Commercial Misalignment. In essence, each group was asked, "How do we stop talking about value and start working to create it together?"
