The Employment and Labor Forum provides WMACCA members with high-quality, experienced, and diverse speakers from both the private and public sector, addressing hot topics of the times. The Forum has been particularly successful bringing in speakers from the regulatory agencies that oversee employment and labor matters, including EEOC, OFCCP, the Department of Labor, and the NLRB. The Employment and Labor Forum holds luncheon programs every six weeks (on average). Each year, it sponsors an Employment Law Conference, providing a half-day update on the top issues. The Forum also encourages interactivity so that ideas, stories and template forms, and best practices are shared among the members.
