In addition to seminars for the lawyer members of WESFACCA, there are ongoing seminars designed for the in-house paralegal. These seminars are designed by the paralegals with guidance from in-house members.
Career and Job Assistance
WESFACCA’s Transition Group holds monthly programs, at no charge, which help address specific aspects of the job search. A confidential email list is also maintained where members and WESFACCA can announce jobs or ask members for help with introductions, company information, etc. Members are encouraged to use WESFACCA as an introduction and are also encouraged to use the ACC’s In-House Jobline (http://jobline.acca.com).
Pro Bono Programs
Through WESFACCA’s partnership with the Pro Bono Partnership, founded by WESFACCA members and headquartered in White Plains, NY, a broad range of opportunities are provided for in-house counsel who are interested in pro bono work.
