This roundtable will focus on an aspect of elimination of bias, where we explore implicit assumptions/bias in ways in-house counsel and outside counsel interact in a business development context, with hypotheticals (e.g., what issues are raised when outside counsel invites inside counsel of opposite sex to a business dinner or other social event? Especially in context of “me, too” movement).
