Overview

Class actions are a threat to many businesses. The stakes are high, potential exposure is significant and the reputational damage could have long lasting effects.

This program will discuss recent developments and trends in class actions both in the California and federal courts.  We will also outline strategies to prevent, and as needed defend, class actions based on our extensive experience in this area. You will leave this presentation with a greater understanding of the current class action litigation landscape and how to best position and protect your company when faced with a suit.
