Notes

Guests will experience the ultimate Southwestern Shindig upon entering The Saloon doors. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served on the uppermost level of the venue, immediately in front of the main bar. Keeping with the theme, a giveaway will be distributed to guests upon entry. In transitioning to the entertainment component, guests will be encouraged to either take their seats on the main level of The Saloon, or for those interested, walk down several steps to the dance floor for a country line dance lesson. A professional dance instructor will then teach the group a small selection of dances. Those not interested in dancing are free to observe with drink, or appetizer, in hand. As the cocktail reception wraps up, guests will be invited back up to the main level for a plethora of food stations (fit for any cowboy!), followed by a dessert and coffee bar. A live band will entertain the group throughout the night.
