We are proud to announce that ACCA-SoCal has been awarded the Large Chapter Of The Year for 2009 by the Association of Corporate Counsel. ACCA-SoCal received this prestigious award and will be recognized at the ACC Annual Meeting in Boston on October 19th. This honor recognizes chapters for exhibiting overall excellence in meeting their members' needs, providing quality educational and networking events, and setting a standard of excellence that other ACC chapters throughout the world can emulate. This will be an unprecedented 7th time that ACCA-SoCal has won the award. 

Thank you to our outstanding members, our present and past volunteer Officers, Board of Directors, Committee Chairs, our Chapter Administrator, Betty St. Marie and our loyal sponsors; all of whom have made significant contributions to our successful and dynamic chapter! Special thanks to my predecessor, Zachary Zaharek, who served as ACCA-SoCal President during a portion of the timeframe which the award covers.

This is truly an outstanding achievement for the Chapter in our 25th anniversary year.
