The Privacy/eCommerce Committee was founded in 2007 to educate ACC members about important legal developments in the worlds of Cyberspace and data protection, and what these mean for in-house counsel.

Rudy advises this data storage products company on international and domestic transactions, technology licensing, and compliance with Internet, IP, competition, and data protection laws.
