The Privacy/eCommerce Committee was founded in 2007 to educate ACC members about new risks and exposures for companies that collect, use, share and store sensitive personal data, as well as to keep counsel abreast of important changes in the world of Cyberspace. Our goal is to educate and improve understanding of privacy definitions and concepts drawn from laws and regulations, best practices and technology systems.
