The Committee’s goals are to facilitate information and resource sharing among its members and to offer continuing legal educational programs of interest to in-house corporate and securities practitioners. IPO practices evolve constantly. Transitioning to public company status puts dramatically increased demands on a company, so advance planning is essential. This session will focus on the general counsel's role in orchestrating the IPO with the assistance of outside counsel.
