This special CLE Day will build upon last year’s very successful “Deal or No Deal – Advanced Contracts in a Box” which had over 450 attendees at the event. This year’s topics will delve deep into specific contracts and licenses with presentations and access to specialized contracts experts, outside counsel and contract vendors. The techniques outlined will provide practitioners and their staff with useful tips on how to navigate and negotiate through potential pitfalls in these advanced contracts.
