Our panelists will guide you through a discussion of recent cases and real-world situations, presenting tools to address and avoid liability for ethical breaches while maintaining your professional responsibility, to highlight best practices in ADR. Due to the rise in the use of electronically stored information (ESI), mediators are now facilitating and resolving eDiscovery issues. Accordingly, the panel will focus on how these “e-mediators” are addressing the different set of ethical rules that ESI presents.
