Overview
Welcome to NJCCA's Annual Dinner & Installation of Officers and Board Of Directors. The evening starts with a wine tasting (separate event), followed by a Cocktail Reception with some "magical magicians" dazzling you with some slight of hand, dinner, and a guest speaker. Also, some great gifts at our Prize Drawing.

Speakers
Frederick Whitmer, Esq., author of "Litigation is War", will present a talk on, "GUNS OR BUTTER? CAN YOU AFFORD BOTH?"
Much like the recurring social policy question about the affordability of either "guns" or "butter", this year's keynote speaker asks the question in the context of legal representation. These challenging economic times have forced both in-house counsel and outside counsel to conserve resources. This year's keynote speaker addresses the hard questions about preserving the effectiveness of representation while simultaneously containing costs. In a provocative, but entertaining presentation, Whitmer will ask, among other things, whether the new electronic discovery rules can be turned to advantage and whether an effective litigation campaign can be waged on the proverbial shoestring. He answers should encourage one and all.
