Overview
This program will discuss Senate Bill 227, a significant and ground-breaking major amendment to Nevada’s privacy and encryption laws, which amends NRS 603A and repeals NRS 597.970. The new law will take effect on January 1, 2010. We will also discuss current Nevada privacy laws under NRS 603A.
