Overview
The focus of this seminar will be the obligations and responsibilities of in-house counsel under the new Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct and other applicable laws and related professionalism issues. Substance Abuse portion will focus on the causes, prevention, and detection of substance abuse problems and discuss treatment alternatives.
