Overview

One of the most important functions handled by or at the direction of in-house legal is internal investigations of problematic business practices or personnel issues. This Boot Camp will address these three topics:

  • Launching an Internal Investigation presented by Sam Davidoff and Beth Stewart of Williams & Connolly; and Todd Braunstein of Willis Towers Watson.

  • The Art of the Witness Interview - moderated by Stephen Cohen of Sidley Austin LLP and presented by Kristin Koehler of Sidley Austin LLP; Steve Siegel of Northrop Grumman; and Danielle Carter of Smiths Group.

  • International Investigations - moderated by F. Joseph Warin and presented by Caroline Krass of Gibson Dunn; Mark Ehrilich of Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc.; and Jonathan Rusch of Wells Fargo.
