ACC National Capital Region
LIVE ONLY at Greensboro Station Conference Center, 1775 Greensboro Station Place, McLean, Virginia.
Since late last year, the Courts and now the Trump Administration have made significant decisions that affect all aspects of every employer’s relationship with its workforce, issuing new rulings, rules and executive orders that will affect wage and hour requirements, employee visas, EEO practices, NLRA law, federal contractor requirements, and more. Join us for a half day program to learn about these changes and what steps every employer should take to remain in compliance, and to get a sneak peek at what further changes may be in store. We will also be joined by our special guest, Victoria A. Lipnic, Acting Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, to provide her perspective on developments at the EEOC.
