Private lawsuits and government enforcement actions under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regarding allegedly “inaccessible” websites and mobile apps exploded in 2016 and 2017. During this Lunch and Learn, one lawyer and two website accessibility auditors / engineers will talk about what they are doing right now for clients to understand the issue and reduce risk. Steve Helland, Founder of Fredrikson & Byron’s Accessible Technology Group. Steve represents dozens of website and app owners in accessibility disputes and pro-active compliance matters.

Aaron Cannon, Lead Accessibility Engineer at Accessible360. Aaron has worked as a website and technology accessibility professional since 2007, including work as the design and UX (User Experience) lead on the website for the National Institute for the Blind.

Michele Landis, co-founder of Accessible360, a website and technology accessibility audit, consulting, remediation and training firm in Minneapolis.
