The session will be led by Squire Patton Boggs partner Sarah Lawrence and Associate Amanda Coppen, and will cover:

• Disciplinary/gross misconduct dismissals

• Dealing with employment cases in the local courts

We will also look at employment legal developments across the region, including forthcoming changes to the DIFC employment law and the various changes made in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia around "Saudisation" and their Nitaqat program.
