This is a small legal department consisting of the Vice President-General Counsel and Secretary and Assistant General Counsel plus a support staff of three. This individual will have primary responsibility for Lemon Law/breach of warranty litigation and claims which will include evaluating potential claims and counseling the Company's service and owner relations departments.
