8:20 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Receive training from Nixon Peabody lawyers on the legal issues that affect nonprofit organizations. Obtain CLE credit for the training portion of the Clinic and receive training materials in advance of the Clinic.
10:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Work with other in-house counsel to advise a local nonprofit organization through an assessment of its legal health. Receive support from Nixon Peabody and Lawyers Alliance for New York staff attorneys who will remain onsite throughout the clinic.
