Greater New York ChapterCLOChief Legal Officers and General Counsel meet in this group and address the special management challenges they face plus practicing as a corporate generalist or more accurately a “serial specialist”. Some meetings have involved everyone addressing real life solutions to issues raised by hypotheticals, some are less structured. At one meeting, a plaintiff’s employment counsel addressed the group about mistakes and missed opportunities, by in-house counsel during litigation including the management of retained counsel.
