(Washington, D.C./Vienna, Austria) — In-house counsel will gather in Vienna from 30 May to 1 June for the Association of Corporate Counsel Europe’s (ACC Europe) 17th Annual Conference, “”
With particular emphasis on mitigating risk and demonstrating leadership in the midst of change, more than 200 delegates will glean insight from peers and industry experts, while participating in interactive forums offering practical resources and best practices.
The ACC Europe conference will feature in-house counsel speakers from Goodyear, Nokia, Phillip Morris International, Qioptiq and Yahoo!. Sessions will address issues unique to corporate counsel, including:

The Opening Plenary session, “Gouverner c’est prévoir" (or the “Art of Strategic Management”), will address the lawyer’s role in managing risk while handling day-to-day legal service demands, with first-hand insight from Iohann LeFrapper, Alcatel-Lucent; Valeria Pavlukova, Anheuser-Busch InBev; Marco Kerschen, Polo Ralph Lauren Europe; Dir. Dr. Hilmar Kroat-Reder, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability for OMV; Charles C. Adams, Jr., Partner with Hogan & Hartson and other leaders from the international corporate counsel community.
ACC President Frederick J.
