Overview

Many aspects of bankruptcy are counter-intuitive and unique.  Yet, at times, in-house counsel is forced to confront these challenges when attempting to collect debts from insolvent customers.  This seminar will provide a general overview and explanation of corporate bankruptcy and how it could impact the collection of your receivables in today's volatile and troubled marketplace.  The program will also provide a general road map of issues to look for and consider both before a customer files bankruptcy, and after, in order to best protect the business from further exposure and to also maximize its return on otherwise bad debt.
