DELVACCA's membership now represents more than 400 member companies throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. The Chapter is enjoying great growth, in the same manner that the Association of Corporate Counsel, as a whole, has reached significant growth in recent years, nearing 25,000 members worldwide. The significance of this growth is that it underscores the Chapter's growing importance to the practice of our members. The Chapter continues to provide personal and professional development resources, programming and networking opportunities for the in-house counsel community, with the significant resources of ACC. We echo the sentiment of Frederick J. Krebs, president of ACC about ACC's growth in general, "By underscoring the significance of governance, compliance and other key legal issues, ACC has contributed to the recognition that in these challenging times in-house counsel must play a significant role in a successful business enterprise."

On behalf of the Officers, Board of Directors, and Chairs of the Practice and Board Committees, we thank our members for their continued commitment to the Chapter. More than ever, DELVACCA's dedicated leadership is motivated and ready to deliver continued excellence and to continue to meet our members' practice requirements by providing top-notch CLE programs, fun networking opportunities, advocacy and initiatives to continually improve all member benefits.

Continued membership growth is critical to the Chapter's stability and strength. Members are reminded to renew their membership and to refer non-members to join DELVACCA.
