Career Management Focus

One mission of this committee is to help our members manage their careers with a goal in running events that help our members develop their careers as in-house counsels.  Another goal of the committee is to provide a resource for General Counsels in developing the lawyers in their departments, such as how to identify future leaders and how to further develop these department members.

Recent events that have been run on these topics have been:

• Social Networking for Lawyers

In-Transition Focus

The committee also seeks to provide a forum and resources for attorneys who are in-transition.  Finally the committee also endeavors to hold social and networking events, in an attempt to assist the in-transition members in meeting more in-house counsels and to potentially find new career opportunities.
