DELVACCA is the voice of the in-house bar, in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. We advocate for our members' professional rights and for their clients' representational needs before courts, media, government agencies, legislatures and bar groups. Our advocacy work focuses on matters of importance to in-house counsel and the bar at large including: regulation to in-house practice, multijurisdictional matters, corporate responsibility, attorney-client privilege, ethics and other issues that affect the ability of in-house counsel to provide effective guidance to their corporate clients.
