Tori Donovan is General Counsel of National Corporate Housing, Inc., a global multi-brand corporate housing company that provides fully furnished, temporary housing throughout the United States, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Gulf region, as well as travel and destination services. Prior to National, Tori was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of T3Media, Inc., a Denver based company that offers cloud-based management for enterprise-scale video libraries, including storage, access, delivery, monetization and licensing. Tori began her legal career with Cooley LLP and Holland & Hart LLP in their corporate securities, emerging growth, and mergers and acquisitions practice groups. Tori earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Order of St. Ives, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Carolyn has acted as Corporate Counsel for a group of privately held companies specializing in transportation, real estate acquisition, aviation and third party logistics. While in private practice, prior to moving to in-house positions, she represented lending institutions and contractors in corporate and real estate transactions and litigation. Before engaging in a legal career she was in executive and senior management in the corporate retail sector and included merchandising, new store development, strategic growth and restructuring through mergers and acquisitions of regional retailers and distribution coordination for Payless ShoeSource, as well as financial and revenue stream process management for Sprint PCS and American Express TRS.JD from Washburn University School of Law, BBA from the University of Oklahoma and MBA program with Kansas University. For the past 7 years, Greg Clouser has served as labor and employment counsel at tw telecom inc. and Level 3 Communications. In addition to managing outside litigation and providing employment advice, Greg also administered tw telecom's Ethics and Compliance Program. Prior to that, Greg was an Associate at Holland & Hart LLP, where he practiced commercial, employment, labor and immigration law, including representation of employers against claims for breach of contract, fraud, Title VII violations, wrongful discharge, defamation, and retaliation. Greg hails originally from Illinois and Kentucky and attended law school at the University of Virginia.
Lindsey Schultz is an Associate Counsel at Western Union (WU), where she supports the company’s B-to-B unit that focuses on enabling businesses to efficiently manage cross-border payments. Lindsey focuses primarily on regulatory matters, commercial contracts, and supporting the division’s marketing program. Prior to joining WU, Lindsey wore many hats as one of two attorneys at a mid-sized payments company outside Boston and helped the organization navigate through a successful acquisition before moving back to her native Colorado. Lindsey has been an active member of ACC Colorado’s Emerging Leader Group since its formation in 2014. She has a B.S. From Boston University and a J.D./M.B.A. from Willamette University in Oregon.
Scott Porter is Senior Attorney for CoreSite, a provider of data center and interconnection services to customers across 14 data centers in 9 major U.S. markets, where he is lead customer commercial transactions counsel, as well as advisor and counsel over a wide range of other corporate functions, including employment, compliance, vendor contracting, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining CoreSite, Mr. Porter was Corporate Counsel for Level 3 Communications where he developed over 13 years of experience providing legal counsel and representation on various subject matters. Prior to moving in-house, Mr. Porter spent 4 years in firm practice. Mr. Porter earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and is a native of Colorado, earning a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University.
Gina Casias is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with extensive compliance and litigation management experience. She has worked at Gates Corporation, the leading global manufacturer of power transmission belts and fluid power products, managing their global human resources, labor and employment legal matters as well as global litigation and compliance. Prior to that, she worked at CenturyLink, the third largest telecommunications company in the United States. Gina is the Co-chair for the ACC Employment Law Practice Committee and the Inclusiveness & Leadership Committee. Gina is a Colorado native who earned both her B.S. in International Business & Marketing and her J.D. from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
Amy Klemt is currently a Corporate Attorney at CoBank, ACB, a national Farm Credit System bank serving rural America. Amy advises on all corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining CoBank, Amy held a number of roles in the legal departments of MarkWest Energy Partners, LP, a mid-stream oil and gas company; T3Media, Inc., a cloud-based video management, licensing and delivery media services company; and Molycorp, Inc., a rare earth mining company. Amy began her legal career as a corporate associate in the Washington, DC office of WilmerHale. She earned her law degree from the University of Maryland School of law, Order of the Coif, and earned a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Wyoming.
Prior to joining R1, Sean served as General Counsel at Ciber, Inc., a nearly $800M public company providing global information technology consulting and outsourcing to commercial clients. Prior to Ciber, Sean spent eight years as Chief Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at IHS, helping to build a global intellectual property portfolio. Prior to that, he worked as a senior attorney at WilTel Communications, a major telecommunications firm. During his 20-year law career Sean also served at three Tulsa, Oklahoma-based law firms.
Sean received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Minor in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and he earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was Articles Editor for the Tulsa Law Journal.
Randal’s diverse career includes private law practice, real estate brokerage and development, chief financial officer roles at investment banks, and in-house counsel positions in several different industries and includes extensive international business experience throughout Asia, Europe, South America, Australia, Canada, and the US. Such broad experiences enable him to provide invaluable perspectives on different ways to solve problems. At Neo, he advises on a wide variety of commercial matters for business units operating in 11 countries, in addition to overseeing a global patent and trademark portfolio.
Shalini Sharma is Assistant General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR), the leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions for wealth management, asset management and capital market firms, headquartered in New York. Ms. Sharma was Vice President & General Counsel of Matrix Financial Solutions, a Broadridge company based in Denver, from 2011-2015 and Vice President & Senior Corporate Counsel for Broadridge after its spin-off from ADP in 2007. Ms. Sharma served as Vice President & Corporate Counsel for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) in New Jersey beginning in 2004. Prior to moving in-house, Ms. Sharma was an associate at the law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, LLP in New York City from 1998 – 2004 where she was involved in cross-border and domestic M&A, financings, and securities transactions, in addition to general corporate matters. Ms. Sharma received a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Ms. Sharma is also the recipient of a Fulbright award. Ms. Sharma is actively involved in pro bono and mentoring efforts with a variety of organizations in the Denver area.
