Sean Radcliffe is a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Ciber. As a member of the executive leadership team in the company's corporate headquarters, as an advisor to the board of directors, and as chief counsel for all business units, Mr. Radcliffe draws on nearly two decades of experience guiding corporations and their leaders through a wide range of legal areas, including governance and securities, intellectual property protection, client and vendor engagement, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. Prior to Joining Ciber, Mr. Radcliffe spent eight years as Chief Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at IHS, a leading global provider of business information services and decision-support tools. He also has held key legal positions at WilTel Communications, a major telecommunications firm. Prior to going in-house, he was in private practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Radcliffe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Minor in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he also was an articles editor for the Tulsa Law Journal.

Prior to joining CoreSite, Mr. Porter was Corporate Counsel for Level 3 Communications where he developed over 13 years of experience providing legal counsel and representation on various subject matters. Prior to moving in-house, Mr. Porter spent 4 years in firm practice. Mr. Porter earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and is a native of Colorado, earning a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University.

Mollybeth (Molly) R. Kocialski is Patent counsel for Oracle America, Inc.At Oracle, Ms. Kocialski is responsible for managing an active patent prosecution docket and is also response for patent investigations for Oracle and its subsidiaries.In addition to those responsibilities, Ms. Kocialski is involved in IP support for mergers and acquisitions, joint development agreements, patent licensing agreements, and providing advice on patent and other intellectual property matters to her colleagues and business clients at Oracle.Ms. Kocialski is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Mexico.Ms. Kocialski is a registered patent attorney and is admitted to the New York and Colorado state bars as well as to the United States Courts in those jurisdictions.Prior to joining Oracle, Ms. Kocialski was patent counsel to Qwest Corporation and to First Data Corporation, with responsibilities similar to her responsibilities at Oracle.Prior to joining the ranks of in-house counsel, Ms. Kocialski was in private practice both in New York and in Colorado and focused her practice on intellectual property litigation for multiple high-tech companies while maintaining an active prosecution docket.

Marti Cardi is the Vice President – Product Compliance at Matrix Absence Management which provides absence and accommodation management services to large employers. In that role Ms. Cardi is responsible for ensuring that Matrix's services are provided in compliance with the FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, disability plans, and more. She also serves as Matrix's in-house employment law counsel. Ms. Cardi's expertise in employment law and leave compliance started with more than 20 years in private practice with Denver law firms. She moved in-house as employment counsel for Knowledge Learning Corporation, a national childcare company, and then for Sports Authority, the sporting goods retailer. Ms. Cardi focused her career on absence management as Chief Compliance Officer and VP-Legal with Reed Group. Ms. Cardi received her J.D. from the University of Colorado and her B.A. from Colorado State University. She serves on the board for the Colorado chapter of Disability Management Employer Coalition as well as ACC Colorado.

Ms. Ramirez-Eaves is Senior Counsel at Ciber, Inc., a leading global IT consulting company. In her current role, Ms. Ramirez-Eaves is responsible for all aspects of commercial contracting, as well as other matters requiring legal advice. She is a native of Colorado and began her legal career at Kutak Rock. She received both her JD and her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

She currently works at Gates Corporation, the leading global manufacturer of power transmission belts and fluid power products, managing their global human resources, labor and employment legal matters as well as global litigation and arbitrations. Prior to that, she worked at CenturyLink, the third largest telecommunications company in the United States. Gina has extensive experience in wage and hour issues, investigations, compliance matters, and early dispute resolution. Gina is the Co-chair for the ACC Employment Law Practice Committee and the Inclusiveness & Leadership Committee. Gina is a Colorado native who earned both her B.S. in International Business & Marketing and her J.D. from the University of Colorado-Boulder.

Shalini was an associate at the law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, LLP in New York City from 1998 – 2004 where she was involved in cross-border and domestic M&A, financings, and securities transactions in addition to general corporate matters.
