Darryl W. Gibbs is a Lead Director & Associate General Counsel at AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, a financial services company. Darryl heads the Commercial Transactions Group and his duties include managing the drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and corporate transactions, including consultant, technology, intellectual property, software services and license agreements, and product distribution agreements and other strategic business arrangements. Darryl also has responsibility for corporate governance, filings, reporting and compliance programs. He leads the legal department’s internship and mentoring program and activities and he is a major strategic supporter and influencer of AXA’s overall diversity and inclusion efforts both inside and outside the legal department.
Alex Green is General Counsel for CareerBuilder, the nation's largest online job site and the global leader in human capital solutions. He is responsible for managing all legal matters involving the company and has an extensive background in litigation management, compliance and commercial transactions. He also has significant experience involving mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining CareerBuilder, he served as Senior Counsel for Household International and McDonald's Corporation and worked as a corporate attorney for the law firm of Ross & Hardies. Alex received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and an MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
Helena Ledic is an Associate General Counsel with CSC, located in their Chicago office. Helena is a business attorney advising senior management and law firms on strategy, business, legal and technology matters with experience in negotiating commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, security and privacy. She speaks on best practices regarding corporate and financial filings. Previously, she was a legal consultant with LexisNexis advising law firms and government agencies including search compliance within public records. She attended Loyola University School of Law and is licensed in Illinois.
Bryan Reed is a Senior Project Manager - Information Security for CSC, located in their Wilmington, Delaware headquarters. Bryan partners with CSC’s legal department to review and advise on all information security related contract terms from customers, prospects, and vendors. Additionally, he manages information security audit requests and assists in promoting security best practices across CSC. He attended West Chester University and is currently pursuing a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
