Roundtable Luncheon/Interactive Workshop on The Recent Wave of Biometric Information Privacy Litigation and Legislation

ACC Chicago is launching a new initiative called Practice Group Roundtable Luncheons to specifically give those who are interested in a particular practice area a chance to interact and discuss topics of interest to that practice in an intimate small group lunch session. Seats will be limited so we ask that you register only if you are quite intentional about attending. There is no CLE credit for these lunch chats. This Roundtable Luncheon will forus on The Recent Wave of Biometric Information Privacy Litigation and Legislation.



Justin O. Kay, based in DrinkerBiddle's Chicago office, defends complex civil matters in federal and state court, as well as before federal agencies. He focuses in particular on the defense of class actions involving state and federal consumer protection statutes, and writes, speaks and serves as a resource for journalists reporting on such laws.  He is a vice chair of the firm’s Class Actions Team; a member of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act Team and California Retail Class Actions Initiative; and Chair of the firm-wide National Hiring Committee.  He was recently named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2017 “Under 40 Hot List.”
